Privacy and Cookie Policy

What this website stores in your browser, which third parties see your visit, and what happens to the data you give us. It is a shorter list than most.

The short version

This website sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. It stores exactly one thing in your browser — which language you chose — and it has no account, no login and no form that files anything on this domain. Two third parties are involved and both are named below.

The client portal at portal.serverq.net is a different application on a different origin, and it does need a session cookie to log you in. This policy is about serverq.net.

What is stored in your browser

What is stored in your browser
NameWhat it is
i18nextLnglocalStorage, first-party. Remembers whether you chose English or Turkish so the choice survives a reload. Strictly functional; clearing it simply makes the site guess again from your browser language.
__cf_bm and similarSet by Cloudflare, not by us, to tell automated traffic from human traffic. It is a security cookie and carries no profile of you.
Tawk.to cookiesSet only if you open the chat widget, so that a conversation survives a page change. If you never open the chat, the widget still loads but you can block it at the browser level with no effect on the rest of the site.

Who else sees your visit

Cloudflare serves this website, so every request passes through its network and it processes the IP address it came from. This is how the site stays up under load and how obvious attack traffic is filtered before it reaches the origin.

Tawk.to provides the chat widget. Its script loads on every page, and anything you type into a chat goes to that provider as well as to us. If that matters to you, use a support ticket in the portal or e-mail instead — both reach the same people.

Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font network, so no third party learns which pages you read from the typeface loading.

Server logs

The web server records the usual: the requested path, the response code, the time, the user agent and the client IP address. These are used to find faults and to investigate abuse, they are not joined to any other data set, and they are not used to build a profile of a visitor.

The enquiry form

The form on the contact page does not send anything to this website. It assembles what you typed into a message and hands it to your own mail client, so nothing is stored here and nothing is transmitted to a server you did not choose. An earlier version of this site did POST the form and then discarded it while telling the visitor it had been sent; that is why it works this way now.

Commercial messages

We do not send marketing e-mail without consent recorded in İYS, the message management system Turkish law requires for commercial electronic messages. There is no newsletter signup on this site; there was one, and it discarded every address it was given while showing a success message, so it was removed rather than fixed with no destination to fix it to.
