Most dedicated servers are provisioned within 1-24 hours. For custom configurations or specific hardware requirements, it may take up to 48 hours to ensure everything is set up according to your specifications.

What operating systems do you support?

We support all major Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Rocky Linux) and Windows Server editions. Custom OS installations are also possible with ISO upload capability through IPMI access.

What kind of support do you provide?

Tickets are answered in English and Turkish, in the same timezone as the Istanbul facility. We are not publishing a guaranteed response time or a hardware-replacement window, because neither is measured yet and a support SLA nobody measures is a number rather than a commitment. The one commitment that is contractual is 99.98% uptime.
