Cancellation and refunds
Services are offered without a commercial trial or standard refund period. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the service continues until the end of the paid term. Mandatory withdrawal and refund rights under applicable consumer law remain available.
The seller responsible for ServerQ billing and operations is White Label Services, LLC. Send service cancellation requests through the client portal.
Provisioned services
Provisioning allocates the selected computing resources and makes the service available to you. Installation and access details follow the selected product and order status.
A statutory exception for electronic or performed services applies only when its legal conditions are met, including any required prior consent and acknowledgement. Provisioning alone does not remove rights that applicable law protects.
When a refund is due
- Where applicable consumer law provides a fourteen-day withdrawal right and no statutory exception applies, you may exercise that right without giving a reason, including for an order that has not yet been provisioned.
- Duplicate charges or charges for a renewal that was cancelled are reviewed and corrected as billing errors.
- We could not deliver what was ordered — the configuration is not available and no equivalent is acceptable to you.
- A force majeure event prevented the service for more than thirty days, in which case the unperformed period is refunded.
- A service credit is due under the service level commitment. That is a credit against future invoices rather than a cash refund, and it is set out at /sla.
Domain names
Completed domain registrations are generally not reversible. Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the relevant registry rules and mandatory law. Check the domain spelling before confirming the order.
How to cancel
Open a ticket in the client portal or write to info@serverq.net, identifying the service and order. Legal enquiries may be sent to info@whitelabelservices.us. Statutory notice methods remain available under applicable law.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. The service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and the data is deleted after that — take a copy of anything you need before the end date, because after deletion we cannot produce it.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, send the invoice number and reason to support so we can investigate. Payment disputes are reviewed with the payment provider. Your statutory rights and right to contact your bank remain unaffected.
