What we can certify, and what we cannot
Your cloud servers run in Equinix IL4 — Istanbul, Türkiye. That facility's certifications belong to Equinix and Equinix publishes them, so you can verify them at the source. A facility's certificate is not ours to wear, and we will not present it as though it were.
What we can state

What we will not state
- ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS or SOC 2 — these go up the day we can publish the certificate number and the body that issued it
- A tier rating for the building — we have not seen the certificate
- Performance figures nobody measured

How does auto-scaling work?
Our auto-scaling system monitors your resource usage in real-time and automatically adjusts capacity based on predefined rules. You can set CPU, memory, or custom metrics as triggers.
What kind of applications can I run?
Our cloud platform supports virtually any application, from web servers and databases to containerized microservices and AI/ML workloads.
How is billing calculated?
Monthly or annual, in USD or TRY. There is no hourly or usage-based billing: the billing system holds a monthly and, for some plans, an annual price, and those are the only two you can be charged. Both are on the pricing page.
What about data backup?
Snapshots and reinstalls are available from the portal. We are not publishing a backup schedule, a retention period or an off-site guarantee here until there is a documented product behind them — a backup promise a customer relies on and we cannot keep is the most expensive claim on a hosting site. Ask support what applies to your plan, and treat your own backups as yours.
